Refund Policy

At Webdreamer, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

   Refunds are applicable only for services that have not been delivered as per the agreed terms. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of the service delivery date.

2. Refund Process

   To initiate a refund, please contact us at admin@webdreamer.in with your order details and the reason for the refund request. Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Timeframe

   If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 working days, excluding Sundays, from the date of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Services

   Custom development services that have been completed and delivered as per the agreed terms are non-refundable. Any third-party services or products purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.
